How do I return an item?

Refund/Return Policy: 

Extrudate Solutions LLC wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Please inspect all merchandise once received. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you send an e-mail to [email protected] or call 720.242.7583 for a RMA# within 7 days of receiving your order for replacement or refund. No returns will be accepted for special order items including pre-assembled cords or non-stock items. Returns can be subject to a restock fee or handling charge of 15%. Items must be in new and unused condition and in the original undamaged box or packaging. All items will be inspected before any final decisions are made on credits or refunds. The returns department retains full discretion on granting full or partial refunds or exchanges. All returns must be packaged carefully or they will not be accepted. Shipping/Handling costs are not refundable. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
